This has to be one of the most confusing pieces of UI ever though :/

Yeah it’s not a big deal. However it’s confusing, and since you cannot really do this quest twice in the same Wintersday, I think you should only receive these messages once.

I received the first Orphan Laine’s Letter via in-game mail the first time I launched the game after the Wintersday update, and then I received it again this morning.

I don’t remember what happened last year, but I think we are supposed to receive this only once every Wintersday.

Some of the achievements in this category are worth some achievement points, but if you hover over them (for example, in “A Season of Merriment”), the number of achievement points shown is zero. See attachment.

So which of the two should I believe?

BOLT I : Scholar Nabbi and her crew are just standing there (with shield icons, quest is underway) not moving, occasionally decimating nearby mobs, interaction yields no result as she says “come with us” or whatever.

Please fix.

Confirmed, this is still happening today. The 4 NPCs are just standing there, killing the occasional enemy that approaches and that’s it.
