What Tragic said. As it goes right now the Smokescale is much more user friendly for casual PVE Rangers who don’t care about hitting zephyrs and carrion bond when ever it is up. He might just replace the Bearbow now because not only is he tanky with a bit of burst but has damage mitigation on 20 second cooldown 16 if you run beastmaster that also blinds with your pew pew pew. Don’t really see a problem here for PVE.
