Dear Support Team,

I have bought “Golden Relic of Rin” Accessory at Guild Commendation Trader NPC. The same item I have bought some time ago at WvW laurel NPC. For some reason I cannot equip it. Is it because I can’t have two the same items? Why the vendor is not informing about it? Now I have lost 5 gold and 12 Guild Commendations. Please could give me the possibility to retrieve back the money so I can buy something else? The item is completely useless for me now I could also exchange it for “Durmand’s Pen” item.

I have the same issue. It is especially annoying in below situations:
- you want to kick a party member who went off-line and forgot to leave party
- you want to whisper to random friend
- you want to interface with anybody on a chat

Please fix it, I think it’s quite a quick win.

Hi all,

I have problem with 100% map completion.

Currently I have all vistas/PoIs/Skill Ponts/Waypoints discovered (see screenshot).

I have already discovered Chamber of Secrets (see screenshot) and received the world explorer reward.

Still I am stuck with 99%…

Can anybody help me with that?
