Took a break from GW2 for while, came back and rolled a Mesmer. I usually play Legion build but I could play shatter.
So should I be looking to mix and match the different sets and go full Power/Vit/toughness or should I mix in some Pre/tough/cond?
Also is divinity still the best to upgrade?
