Guild Wars 2

Logged on yesterday and the game was just working fine, played for about 4 hours and logged off for the day, went to log back on today and its now not working again and displaying the same error code, can we please have this sorted or some sort of update as this is unacceptable.

Had the game about a month, everything was fine until about a week ago and i havent been able to get on since.
