The problem is not quite in achievements. The problem is the reluctance of people to play fair. Yes, some of achievements have little issues, but not that big as you complain.
I complete all achievements, except “Six Minutes to Knightfall”, WITHOUT leeching or AFKing in the corner, despite on the huge slideshow that I have due to low spec of my PC. It’s not devs fault that some people do not know how to control their characters in different circumstances, or too lazy for this.
People became too choosy. They forgot, that other MMO projects have their updates once per six months\year and community of these projects prays that was implemented at least part of what they want.
I want to sincerely thank ANet for the excellent work they are doing for us.

All you saying is correct, but by “direct” I meant “per tick”. Sorry that not expressed the thought accurately.

I meant about a bit different thing, not about stacking or duration, but about direct condi damage formula. And if Power not affect on condi damage, why I have a little bit more that damage from 1 or 10 stacks, whatever, of bleeding if I have increased power by 500 for example?

Yes, it affected by Might, but not affected by vulnerability or any +% dmg nourishments, like Slayer Potions.

But I believe that the formulas is not quite right. Nobody knows the right ones, except devs. Based on my tests, I can say that Power stat & coefficient of some skills has an effect on damage too.
You can have it from Legendary bosses in the Labyrinth.
All works perfectly. Try to complete the maps, where events do not occur very often, like Gendarran Fields, Sparkfly Fen or Iron Marches, even if you done it already. Finished my last one achievement on Sparkfly Fen map.

Same. Got stuck on the loading screen, when rally on waypoint.
Someone got few chests for different characters, someone got nothing.
Still waiting for news with solving the problem.
I have ported to every zone and I have not found one that needed that extra 1 POI.

I had received a letter for Act 2, but it was removed automatically when I teleported to another location. I know that I can read it on wiki, but it still remains a feeling of incompleteness events. I hope it does not contain items.
