These are PvP elite passive skills not a signets. I dont think so the need an active effects.
They are the same for all classes could have the same chance to detect invisibility.
Every class has potential to detect the invisibility.
Elementalist harness the power of elements and these could help him to detect that someone invisible is moving around him.
Engineer has many technologies, so some sort of a device could detect invisibility.
Gaurdian could use his holy light for the detection of invisibility.
Mesmer could sense invisibel people by sensing theres minds.
Necromancer could sense a life force in his surroundings.
Ranger has support of nature, which could whisper him about his enemys in his near.
Thief is a master of invisibility a so it is him, that should know that someone invisible is near him.
Warrior is a expierienced figter and his instinkt will definitely help him.
Elite skills:

These skills would not reviel the player for 100%, but just show a transparent body whitout name.
I think that Mesmer need a new elite skill, that will give strenght only to him. For example some transformation (transformation to phantom). Elite skills that he has now, give strenght to other members of party. For example Ele + Mesmer (tornado+time warp)= super tornado.
