I paid $60 for a game that has so many issues and bugs that goes unanswered, and when it does its complete bullkitten answers.

I cant even play the game cause I cant connect. Technical Support forum is good for nothing.

I want money back.

Yeah Ive been having this issue all day. Spent hours on the forums to find a fix. But all I can find is how terrible GW2 Support is.

People paid $60 for a broken game and to have the support forum do nothing but direct them to technical support and then technical support says idk go contact your ISP.

There are mutiple issues on this forum not only including this one that is going unanswered. i.e ( the hard-shutdowns upon starting the game ) etc.. I experienced it first hand and instead of getting the solution from you guys I had to figure it out on my own and DO YOUR JOB and spread the fix, cause im a nice guy.

I’ve never seen such unprofessional work ethic.

Ive had this problem for a while. But instead of QQing to you guys, I at least try to fix the problem on my own before asking for help on the forums. But its kinda hard to try to find a fix when all you guys do is spew out BS such as

“As this particular error message can be caused from a number of different things, simply going off of players reporting this error without any diagnostic information is not enough for a thorough investigation.”

There is a plethora of threads on this particular forum with thousands of replies containing diagnostics for this PARTICULAR ISSUE thats has been ranging from 3 months ago to 2 hours ago.

So dont spoon feed me your BS excuse because youre too lazy to do your job.

Oh and on another note, ive been looking for a second job anyways. It seems like I can do just as much as Ashley Segovia or more.

Whatever. All in all I have this issue too and cant find a fix after trying everything suggested on the forums and everything to my own knowledge, but what good does it do me to ask you guys for help rofl.

When I had this problem I used nvidia’s site.

But your driver is different from mine so it could be that or the one you said people are suggesting. I would try one of those.

Its not a heating problems. There was a lot of people having this issue and I was one of them. Its your Video Driver/Graphics Card its probably out of date. Update it and then it should be fixed.
