Nothing you can do until anet get around to doing something to fix the issue your in the same boat as the rest of us.

We ether wait and see if anet can fix it or demand a refund for selling a faulty product.

Has this been an issue since launch or when they patched the game this Tuesday? I read that the patches have made the issue worse over time.

My game keeps crashing every time something pops on my screen(achievements, finished events, vistas, points of interest, etc). The screen freezes and the music keeps playing. I have to press Control+Alt+Delete just to close the game. I did notice that the Memory is around 1,500,000K, no clue if that’s normal or I have serious memory leak.

Asking around in-game and looking online I decided to turn my graphics to the lowest settings possible, installed the 64 bit client, restored my client twice and nothing changes. I only experience this in the new HoT zones, everywhere else runs perfectly.

What am I to do?
