No registration conformation email?

My cousin just purchased the game and created an account. The problem is, it won’t let him log in and he never got the “Thank you for registering” or “Activate your account” email. I told him to add the two emails to his contact list like suggested but it’s been an hour and still no email. Is there way to resend the emails or workaround so he’s able to log in?

EDIT: Just a quick update. He got the purchase conformation email, and he just put in a ticket and got a response instantly but no email about his account and he still can’t log in :/

I’ve no idea if they can change the email to or from another of your accounts. The fact remains that any email association changes must be implemented through CS. So, they will be able to answer your queries with clarity, when they respond.

You can change the email associated with your game account, but only through CS. You should get an email response almost immediately saying ‘Thank you for contacting us, here is your ticket number’, or something like that. If you have received no response at the email address you signed up with, you might peruse the Sticky at the top of the page and follow the suggestions therein. Responses after the initial ‘Thank you…’ can take up to 72 hours. There is another Sticky you can post in if you have not heard back after that time.

I got the Thank you for contacting us email. Just haven’t heard back. Even through CS I will be able to change my email to an already existing account though? I only made a new one because I wanted to get the game downloading instead of waiting forever to hear back from CS. Thanks for your help.

I signed up for a the Trial Weekend a long time ago. I don’t remember my password, in-game name or anything. I’ve tried logging in with every password I’ve ever used and it’s saying it’s wrong. I tried contacting support, but after an hour of no response (Not sure the typical length it takes) I gave up and created a new account under a different email I’d rather not use if possible. Is there any way to change my email to the one I want to use even though it’s already an account? Mind you, it was only used for the trial and nothing else.
