Nightmare Demise [VOID] is an up and coming guild all about maintaining a fun and friendly environment whilst playing the game and its content (If I’m not slacking anyway).

Size

- At the moment we are a small guild with very few members of whom most are active and ready to help in anyway we can. We are looking to expand our numbers to be able to achieve the larger things in the game. Guild Missions, Map completion, Building a community are things we would love to do but fall short of when only having fewer members.

- Experience differs with the members we already have and we would like that to continue into recruitment. No matter your skill level, how often you play each day, returning or brand new player. Working together, playing together is what makes Guildwars fun right? (And the occasional cookies NOM)

PvX

- Being a guild which isn’t focused on just one aspect of the game means anyone with preferences can join and play and still contribute towards getting people involved with other gamemodes and learning how to be successful in them.

Guild Hall

- We recently branched out and emptied our purses and wallets to claim a Guild Hall which was an adventure in itself which we believed paid off. We have been working none stop to create a place where we can kick back and relax when the day is done and slaying baddies or uncovering treasures has become tiresome. The tavern is a great place to unwind too!

The Future

- In the future we are looking to continue to expand to become a guild worth joining and to be a home to take in any weary or lonesome travelers who need a bed for the night, or the rest of their travels.

– Holding events such as prize giveaways to give back to the amazing people who help build the family we so dearly look forward to creating.

- Working on a voice communication if people are interested in doing so. Discord could be an option to use but not needed.

- Securing you in our guild…. our family…… our legacy!

Just came back to playing after a few months and looking for a guild to enjoy all aspects of the game with. A Piken server would be preferred due to me being into WvW but that isn’t needed.

Never done any of the raids before so that could be something to maybe do in the future/near future.

New guilds or established guilds are open to me for joining.

The representation rule is the most important. I don’t enforce 100% as I know some people like to represent others for wvw raiding / pvp teams / large scale events like tequatl or wurms. With the majority of the guild being newcomers at the moment, we aren’t in the position to be able to do all this stuff as of yet, however I would like more of a representation to us than the other guilds, but I’m not God and I can’t make that happen…… Yet

The guild is mainly PvE based at the moment but would love to have people joining for every aspect of the game including PvP/WvW and fractals.

This has just happened for me, got onto the game then it booted me off with an error, back to this stage again now.

I’ve sent a ticket asking about it, it seems really unlucky how I’ve gotten into this situation, I’m not bothered about paying but it seems a bit harsh knowing that it allows me to switch back literally hours after the update -_- thanks anyway

I switched worlds recently to play on my first ever server to see how it was going while my guild were sorting problems out. This is when I have seen the new content and it states I have to pay to switch back on the 28th.
I switched to the server I’m on, on the 21st so I’m wondering if I can switch back on any time on the 28th or at the specific time I switched, if so it means me paying because I missed the switch by 2/3 hours due to the content release.

Would be happy to get some feedback on this, whether from Anet or someone who is in the know.

I am looking for a pve/wvw guild who are just the right size. What i mean by this is that im not looking for anything exceeding 100 members and anything below 10.

I am an active player who is on most days in the week and will try to help out in wvw whenever i can, when however there is no hope and all others have given in, i like to kick back and relax in pve. Doing dungeons and leveling lower toons.

I have just switched back to RoF (ring of fire) server and would be looking for a guild on that server, however i will join a guild on another server (it being European) but can’t switch until monday next week so i would just be a voice until then.

Scratch this, fixed it now, feel so stupid that i had to untick like 1 box -____-

I have recently joined a guild and would like to use voice chat when playing dungeons, making game play run more smoothly without having to type when something is coming.

I can start gw2 and go on mumble for around 30-40 mins, after this my game crashes and i get a message telling me to send an error report to Anet. This continue every time i try to log in to the game, unless i close down mumble.

Any ideas why?, and any solutions on fixing this?

I would like a few people who are wanting to WvW more than the other areas of the game so that we can help our server out in the WvW environment and make a difference

Hello, I am writing this recruitment message for the same reason everyone else is, to get some of you friendly people to join! (hopefully :/). WMOK – White Mantle Of Kryta are a guild which are recruiting members who can be active (not 24/7, unless wanting to) to join our guild and help out to make it a better place for all. We are looking for officers to help guide and assist the lower ranks so that they can get the full reward they want from this amazing game.

We are aimed at PvE and WvW mostly but would like to start PvPing if there are any people who are out there who would want to help us, and we love doing the events and dungeons together if possible. We have a range of skills in our guild, with people knowing how to craft and how to do certain dungeons efficiently to make it easier for the rest of the members.

WMOK has guild upgrades both aesthetic (weapons/bank/armor) and helpful to make the experience even better for any new or existing members who fancy helping to build up the guild and make it strive.

There are no level requirements for our guild and any people of any experience at MMO’S and the older Guild Wars installment, to join in and make a difference.

We are on the Ring Of Fire server so if you are on the same server, or want to switch then that is totally up to you. The only requirement we have is for you to have fun and feel comfortable in the environment that we deliver to you. (The first few people to enlist will become instant officers while others will have to earn this title over time).

I logged on around 30 minutes ago to play gw2 to be greeted with the fact i cant speak in map/team/say chat, which sort of restricts me from doing anything with anyone, and fully stops my pvp and wvw content.
Im not sure if its some sort of mute, but its when the “excessive messaging” pops up, however i logged on and typed 1 thing and was greeted with this message, for a reason im not so sure of, can anyone help me please?

would having a separate character who chooses the other faction allow you to buy stuff for your existing character, or does it make it soulbound?

I’m not sure if this is the place to post this, and if not please tell me where but i was wondering when the guild halls/houses will be implemented? and also will it be available at some point to get a guild cape, i prefer it to the new backpacks which are in the game at the moment. {also maybe make them dyeable}

well maybe it could? but having only 5 players in the first place then leaves you with only 4, which isnt really enough in these circumstances but i see the point you are getting at, i hope this is considered in some way to make it more…. lets say, do-able

I have just been in the CM run and im enjoying the new challenge, however i have noticed that much more knockdowns and fear are being overused, sometimes leaving people no chance to attack, 3 knockdowns or 3 fears in a row can result quickly in a death. each fear was lasting around 4 secs, and 3 of those in a row is 12 seconds without being able to fight also making this worse is the fact that the fear is AoE styled which means its possible to have all of the team unable to attack or dodge for over 10 seconds which means that they are met with near certain death, which in turn leaves us in an unfair disadvantage, i know that the dungeons have been engineered to be a challenge to all who run them but this is a bit overpowered for the situation.
Sorry to rant about something but, this has turned this dungeon from being fun, to downright boring im afraid, should have just reduced rewards which would stop people from grinding the dungeon so much.

{If you have already found a guild, then reading this may be a waste of time, hope not!}

My guild has a few members in it with anyone helpng, me, im level 60+ but i will come back and help any guildie who is in need of help or wants to party up and have some fun (if im not already in the middle of a personal mission/dungeon)
At any point someone wants to party up, ill be there and if not, a good reason will be in place to why im not there, playing alone is not the way MMO’s are meant to be played so i agree with why you want a party up guild

another one here, it also happened while i was dancing with the upper body stuck like that while the legs moved

i have just encountered this bug and though id post about it on here, im not sure if its happened to anyone else before on here but its happened twice already today for me.

I have posted pictures with this for you all to see.

Well i was on the game today fighting doing a heart mission in the charr 15_25 zone when i encountered this bug.
I was using a greatsword as a warrior and when i did the whirlwind attack to finish off the skale nest, i got sucked into it and it wouldnt let me back out, after a few minutes of struggling i decided to use a waypoint, i know the price isnt much (45 copper or whatever) but it is still a waste of money having to teleport when i shouldnt have been stuck in the first place.
Hope you look into this Anet team.

WvWvW/PvE are main priorities but we will do PvP if enough members have interest within the guild to start it up.
