Guild Wars 2

Character Name: Freyia Dragod
Story Step: prior to lvl 30
Changed: Was level 30 (or 31) to Level 29. Lost 3-4 heart quests (steam monster, hunting, dredge killing) and experience from joining in on group/world events, and 2 skill point quests (with the loss of the corresponding 2 skill points).

I had the exact same issue, except I lost probably closer to two hours of progress…. I’m just glad to know it wasn’t just my account alone that had this issue. Getting my progress back is my main goal though, as I would rather not have to replay any amount of content done previously. I had logged off about 30 minutes prior to when the server indicated it was going to go down, so it seems the issue was more severe in my situation.

Anyone know if they look at these posts and try to fix things/restore characters?
