Phelan don’t pay attention to the trolls. The answer is yes the NPCs have stats and gear beyond those obtainable from spvp gear, thats only cause they have terrible AI and never dodge correctly. more so their AI is usually better than some of the zerg tactics and poor play styles influenced by the hotjoin atmosphere.
