I am also having this issue. Been like this in Dungeons since the latest April Patch. If a fix is found please share

Finally found it. Thank god!

I was going over the map to complete a Skill Point Challenge in the Mistriven Gorge region (Lornar’s Pass) but there is nothing in the area when I go to do the skill point, yet it shows on my mini-map that the Skill Point is unclaimed.

I’ve checked a few youtube videos to see if I am in the right location and what I need to do but apparently there is nothing when I reach the location. Is there a fix to this? Apparently I need to collect a certain item called Mysterious Meat and consume it but I can’t see it anywhere.
