I’ve gotta say, A-net have been pretty kitten good with updating the game pretty regularly, throwing in chunks of content for us here and there too.

You might not know but the Mac client has had some major work done in the last few weeks. I have a gaming pc but it’s not portable and after recent patches I’ve been able to play for quite a few hours without the game crashing.

It may seem like it takes them a while but making new content takes a while to make and if I have to wait a while longer for them to get the new content to us because they want it to be as good as it usually is when we get it, that’s fine by me.

I find it hard to see a lack of content in this game.

Me and my friend were on EotM when we went into a small room near a generator, there was an enemy Asura in there. We guessed he/she was AFK after a couple of /wave’s. We were just stood there when the Asura literally seemed to jump at the sight of two enemies. We waved again, they waved back then left, I mean Waypointed or left the EotM altogether. Social awkwardness at it’s highest, me and my friend included.

[FIXED, I Hope]
Same problem… OSX 10.10.2 here. Installed client just fine, after that the client simply won’t open.

Fixed this by going to the installation folder, ctrl-clicking the client .app, selecting ‘show package contents’ and from there going into ‘Contents/MacOS’ and opening the file ‘cider’.
The terminal should open, enter your password if prompted and hopefully this’ll work for you too!

Now I’ve just got a metric kitten-ton of updates to download… 7% right now, but I am installing to an external HDD on regular old 2.4gHz wireless too. Hopefully it’ll be faster for you guys!
