Not sure if there is/has been one, but a pack of polyhedron dice would be awesome!
I know others have said the griefing factor could come into play, but with an item that is sold on the gem store, it could be limited to say, party/squad chat, and have a time limit on how often it could be used.
It would be great for parties who are deciding what to do for the night, for instance. Or just for fun.
Ah, okay, will do, thank you
The hamster turning the wheel to power the server was tired, they replaced it out with a new one, and it seems to be working now…
Same
And “Message Body length must at least be 15.”
Haven’t ran into the annoying hissing sound, but would love to turn off the random annoying NPC chatter (“More Violets I Say Less Violence” for example). The other thing I can think of is when people use the tomes, the leveling up sound isn’t loud or annoying by itself, but when someone pops off 10+ of those in a row, it stacks the sound/volume on those, and can be annoying.
I personally would rather see changes to the above.
Awesome, thank you for the information Yargesh and Zohane. Great information to know.
Awesome, thank you for the insight Haleydawn! Good to know that it can be done with much less than I was originally thinking.
Returning player who has a guild that came over from another game. We have a few 80’s, and tonight 2 of us tried to clear the Guild Hall, which of course, didn’t work. No big deal, just wondering what’s the minimum to clear the Guild Hall to claim it? We’re trying to clear the Mordrem. Currently, at any given time of the day, we have 2-3 players who are 80 right now, most are still leveling up. Just curious at what point it would be worth trying it again.
Thanks.
No it doesn’t change from map to map. You are grouped with the linked servers until our beloved anet overlords decide to change it. This is essentially you new server ‘alliance’ – megaserver of servers.
Weekly reset still exist, except you win the week by the amount of skirmishes you win that week. It reduces the chance of runaway scores from happening towards the end of each week.
Ah, okay, I guess it’s just the color that changes on the different maps. Maybe that’s what I’m getting confused over.
Thank you very much for the explanation on this, it definitely clears it up now.
I stopped playing GW2 about 3 or so years ago, and recently returned. I enjoyed playing WvW from time to time (not my main play style, but I enjoy it all the same). That being said, when I left, our server was one of the servers that was always towards the bottom, but, again, I (along with many from my server) enjoyed playing it without the need to be the top on rankings.
Anyhow, when I returned, I see that our server is no longer one of the servers that competes weekly (and it appears that they are no longer weekly rankings, they are skirmishes?). The part I’m confused about, is that it looks like our server lumped together with other larger servers (which is fine), but from map to map it changes? I have yet to figure out how that plays into the bigger picture of WvW, and how I can determine which server I’m grouped together with on which map (if there’s an easy way to tell this before moving to another map). Also, what was the change from the weekly reset to the skirmish reset (time, benefits, etc.)?
Thanks for any insight people can provide.
You get tons of gear from killing trash, world bosses, completing events, etc. as you level up. Sell that stuff (or salvage that and sell the salvage) on the Trade Post, and then buy the gear you want. I usually come out ahead that way, because I upgrade my gear about every 10 levels, but get far more gear than that during those other 9 levels.
Not game breaking, but can’t track Maguuma Jungle Lumberer. Have added other dailies to the watch list, but can’t add this one to the watched list today.
I haven’t played in a few years. My guild on another game has moved to Guild Wars 2 and we have 2 people in the guild who are color blind. I was wondering if there’s any way to change chat color (especially for party chat) and/or the chat transparency? Thanks for any help on this.
Yeah, this kind of requirement shouldn’t be needed for this feature, as it would remain private to the team. A gold cost should be fine.
I think the implementation could be fairly easy, but the game would benefit a lot from this. Please vote for the idea, if you wish to make it visible for Anet
You’ve got my vote on this idea! Would love to see a bigger group size, especially with a private team leader.
