Having the same issue the most extreme being that I just crashed on the Mouth of Mordremoth at 25% on TTS’s first kill :S (200% Map Participation)

It seems to happen whenever a big event/large groups of people begin preforming skills/actions at once in PvE/WvW. Never had this issue to this degree before the expansion.

Support Ticket Delays?

It seems to be an issue that many people are suffering from in the “GW2 Tickets for Review 7 days and older” thread as well as a good friend of mine who can’t even post here at the moment.

The thread hasn’t been updated by a GM in nearly two months now and everyone who is posting there has the same story. They’ve submitted a ticket in regards to an account issue such as a compromised account, their account has been suspended nearly immediately afterwards and then there has been no response for 1, may 2 months in a lot of cases. No communication at all from support other than the ticket’s being passed to the next department, not even to say there is currently a backlog or delays.

It’s pretty demoralising in a lot of ways, the only way issues like this can be solved for gw2 is through the ticket system, unlike other mmos or online games phone or online chat support isn’t available. It feels like these people who love the game and want to log on have been forgotten with the lack of communication, there’s no other way to contact support than to make a ticket and when your ticket isn’t being responded to for months there’s nothing else you can really do.

I’m making this posts in the hope that it gets some sort of official response. There are players waiting right now to play your game checking their emails for months now for a ticket response only to be met with silence when even a simple “We’re sorry for the wait, our ticket system is backed up and it should be a estimate of x days before we get to your ticket”. Please acknowledge this situation in some way

Guild Chat bugged

I’ve also received a reply from customer support saying that they’re aware of the issues and working on it but there’s no current timeline as to when it might be fixed. Sucks cause I miss being able to actually talk to guildies.

I’ve had it happen too where it will post the messages in the previous guild I was repping too. None of the advice in the previous posts has helped fix the problem for me

BevR is a great little community with lots of people with unique personalities, I’ve never regretted joining them and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made
