Honestly, if you want 5vs5 fights aren’t you better of with the Team pvp?

Was a fun fight. After the open field fight earlier between us I thought it could go either way at the GvG. How wrong I was

Actually, I find you are wrong in that conclusion Valkjre.
From what I’ve seen and encountered, the deso groups are actually not that easy to kill.
They got decent melee and a lot of CC.

Compared to the AM groups that tend to walk around in zerker gear. (at least in EB, not sure about the other maps)

Looks like Deso wont team up with you Piken, even though you, as always, accuse others of Blobbing.
Well maybe you will get next week some Rank 10+ INT Server with which you can team up again and write about blobbing in the Forum.
This week Deso unfortunately realized that all ur Blob Complaining is just ridiculous.

Street (and others that don’t have anything to do with the 3 fighting servers) please stay out of this topic and any future PS vs topics.

Actually, our forces have been at best 3/4ths, most of the time problably half, of the size of your blob in EB.
The entire afternoon there was no queu.
But yeah, the SM fight was quite fun. A shame we simply did not have the numbers to defend it .

So many things to do for fun in life already. Can’t have games be another fun thing.

Riverside does what Riverside knows.
(1) Defend against two factions who will probably gang up.
(2) Don’t waste a mob of players.
(3) Be quick when capturing because two mobs are probably after you at any time.

Currently, Riverside has slumped as low as it ever has in the rating, but even if the numbers have gone, the high tier ability is still there; here and there.

I know how some of the lowest tier servers use WvW as a sandbox to do something else entirely. It’s not like people didn’t ask ArenaNet to include that sort of thing even way before release. But hey, why do we have to make a choice which server to join after we buy the game and know nothing about the impact of that choice? Currently, worst case is you discover you like WvW but have to join a better server, which amounts to having to pay extra money to get proper access to a game mode. Even if you can pay in gold, it still means progress is undone, which the game never does in any other place.

That is all fine and everything but do you really need to build AC’s just about every time you fight a semi large group of people? Specially when you tend to outnumber them 2 to 1 already…

Man up and fight them head on already =/

RS is quite boring to fight against. They blob AND they flash build siege just about anywhere. =/

GH is giving a lot better fights even tho being a low tier server.

Could someone explain to me why the Piken Square server, which is an EU server, has a PST server time which is 7 hours earlier then my own time?

A few hours difference on a EU server I’d understand. But 7 hours tells me that the EU server would be in the US.

If this is true, why are the EU servers in the US?
It would also explain why I’m having frequent lag spikes in the evening. (For me evening is afternoon PST time.)
