I pretty much agree with everyone about the lack of synergy and clunkiness of the staff and dodge abilities. But I feel like it could be resolved with only a few weeks (animation issues notwithstanding)

1. Make the third attack on Staff 1 a larger aoe strike in a cone in front of the character or 360 degrees around. If the Daredevil is supposed to be a master staff wielder, but cant swing his staff around to hit multiple people? I think it would at least be a solution to the twirly wirly animation.

2. As everyone has said before, make Staff 2 like heartseeker. I feel like it could have a lot of synergy as an after-dodge ability if this was implemented.

3. This may seem kinda out there, but Dust Strike felt very lacking as a skill. It gives us a blind, yes, but it seems like an initiative guzzler as it is using dust strike as a lead attack followed up by vault or weakening strikes. So I was thinking, to make it seem more worth the cost, instead of having it as a ranged blind turn it into a aoe blind like smoke cloud and give it stealth.

But those are my two cents. It seems like reliable mobility and synergy between skills were my biggest issues. The dodge skills themselves I liked, but the animations were awkward like most people think

Tempest is not the dps specialization so every one hates it.

Well, they did promise new playstyles for your class and all we got is dagger 2.0. Can’t blame people for being mad.

Aoe stun brake and true boon sharing is a new playstyle for the ele class.
So it more of an made up “mad” that ppl are dealing with.

Tempest and/or warhorn has no synergy with neither dagger nor scepter, the shouts and heal skill (and elite) is utter garbage, and basically there’s nothing new brought to the table whatsoever, except the 30s cd boonshare (yay, we get to share 5s protection and 11 sec 3stack might)

I find that completely false. I mained D/W for nearly half a day and found that it brought support to the mobile playstyle of the dagger mainhand. I tried doing a full Dire stat condi build, going Tempest/Arcane/Fire, and was absolutely loving it. I hardly ever switched attunements because of the damage it put out and the added survivability that the Dire stats provided. I admit thought that the new elite is rather useless in the fast paced nature of elementalist.

I did/do, and I’m not sure if the PlayNC account itself or the GW1 account was trying to be hacked. But either way, the password that I had doesn’t work, and when I try to verify my birth date that doesn’t work either, though my login name is correct.

Hello,

I’ve submitted roughly two or three support tickets about the issue of my GW1 account that was blocked (by ArenaNet) a little more than a year ago, due to an attempted hacking. While I received responses asking for more verification of my account legitimacy, I ran into the problem that I no longer have the physical boxed copies of my GW1 games, and thus do not have the serial keys anymore. I understand the suspiciousness of it, but I would also add that I was able to successfully link my GW1 account with my GW2 account, thus proving that I have the original account and character information, and the HoM rewards calculator page should indicate that zero changes have been made to my account in terms of accomplishment progression.

Would there be any way, at all, to unblock my GW1 account so that I could access my HoM rewards?
