This is quite a major problem… same dilemma for a guildie here…
I also forgot to mention me and another guildie sent Gail 22.5g each to help her out then she found out about about the account restoration so she sent the gold back to us. Maybe that’s why she was labeled as engaging or assisting in gold selling. Please help her get this sorted as soon as possible. Thanks!
Hey guy theirs nothing wrong with my account but a guildie of mine got hacked on Christmas day she sent in a ticket for having her items restored and changed her password so it was 16 characters long with lower and upper case letters along with a random set of numbers. Now she’s telling me her account was terminated because she engaged in gold selling or was assisting in gold selling for real world money. She was devastated to find that all her items where gone except for the karma gear. Bags were taken and bank was emptied. Her account had authorized access in China, Korea and California…
In her own words: I have 2 IP addresses that have been approved on my account that I did NOT approve: 275.139.12.204 California, US the name of it is “Network Security Scanner” www.gfi.com
203.240.253.125 Korea “Apps on Google Play” www.play.google.com
142.9.129.57 was asking for approval and that is “Email Security Services” www.edgewave.com
She also changed her email’s password so all I could think was their was a key-logger but her virus scan came up inconclusive…
