I just erroneously bought a heavy armor piece when I was on my Engineer. Sure you can always point out that it’s my mistake, could have been avoided, etc. but since it still happens there is room for error. I for one thought I had clicked on the medium armor piece and when buying just went through with it.
If I buy something in real life, get a receipt and it’s unused and unopened package I can always return it.
Please change the system to allow refunds one way or another if it happens or disallow purchases that are soulbound and unusable in the first place. Less hassle for support, more relieved misclickers and better, well, usability all around.
