You will only see the guild bank of the guild you represent. So you will need to switch back and forth and tell the officers of your current guild (if 100% rep) that you have a bank guild.
Yup I know that, which is why it’s weird that I’m unable to access the bank.
When you create your guild bank, it’ll say that you have to be in the guild for three days before using it. The game basically treats it as though you’re a new guild member, which means there’s a three day wait period after joining a guild before you can use the bank.
So, you just have to wait the three days. Repping doesn’t matter. Just make sure you rep your personal guild to access the bank.
