Hey bluepaws!
KNHD is currently recruiting and we strive on our philosophy as a family away from family.
Here is a current recruitment thread, https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/community/lookingfor/NA-PvE-Project-Knighthood-KNHD/first#post6686211
Give me a shout either via PM, discord DM, or whisper ingame if you are interested!
-Jasper
What is Project Knighthood:
We are an NA, PvE focused guild that, to put it simply, is like an extended family. Our goal is to provide a smaller, yet closer guild who can talk to each other about anything in addition to actually playing the game itself with each other. We try to give you a place to go, as well as a reason to log in!
Recruitment:
Our recruitment process is thus- the first step is filling out a formal application, followed by an short interview, this is usually done ingame via whispers. This is followed by a 1 week minimum ‘trial period.’ During this time, we invite you to our guild and Discord, and you have access to everything in the guild save the guild bank, and certain subforums on our guild website.
Requirements to Pass Muster: Different guilds have different requirements, depending on their size and goals as a guild. We strive for two things. Fostering a sense of community, as well as providing people to play with when online at least during popular hours. Our requirements reflect this. We ask that you be active within the game or strongly active in the guild Discord for your squire period, simple as that.
Other Requirements:
As a guild, we ask that we are your main PvE guild. As we also have a guild Discord, it’s also our strong hope that you use it, even if you can’t talk in voice, but it’s not a requirement. Our representation requirement is only that you rep us when doing major content with the guild, such as raids or guild missions. We do not have an age or experience requirement either. As a casual guild, that would directly contradict our style, after all! That being said, we do expect at least trace amounts of maturity, and we do have specific voice and drama-free policies in place. If you wish to know more, contact me or comment below.
Other Guild Information:
Guild Schedule: Our guild offers events 3 days a week that are open to any guild members, sponsored and ran by guild officers and event leads. These include fractals, dungeons, guild missions/events, and mapping/miscellaneous events, Saturday Night Raiding, and lately, WvW(Devonas Rest), on a flexible schedule. Full members vote for what events the guild will promote on Wed/Th/Sat. 2 other days are used for progression raiding on M/Tu, which is selective to those who have passed our raid requirements. Our scheduled events happen starting at 9 CST to allow for the most members to make it, but you will often find at least a few members on before or after to do other content with.
Absences: Yes, we understand that real life does, in fact, happen. We have policies in place that allow for both excused and unexcused absences, designed to allow some leeway but also prevent people from disappearing. If you don’t know if you’ll be able to meet the requirements for passing your squire period, just reach out! We allow extensions or re-applications should the situation call for it.
Current Recruitment: Open
We currently are seeking new and/or veteran members to welcome into our KNHD family!
Last but not least, I’m looking forward to meeting you! -Jasper

This is the build I use. Pretty fun and love seeing the Bleed and Poison ticks. However, its pretty squishy. Your dodges and Death Blossom (#3 skill) must be used as a source damage as well as your ability to survive.
I was really hoping that they would reduce the ICD of Venom Enhancement, or just remove the Poison application and make it a Bleed application instead with no ICD.
This is a perfect example of “counting your chickens before they hatch”.
Here would be my recommendation:
Tool Trait Line:
`Swap Adrenal Implant and Excessive Force.
`Increase Excessive Force to 20% (+10%)
`Rename Adrenal Implant to Adrenal Injectors.
`Adrenal Injectors increases group endurance regeneration by 33% (-17%).
Hello!
Jasper (of many last names) here. I am looking for a casual to semi-hard core guild that delves into many aspects of GW2.
Things that I am looking for in a guild:
-“Quality over Quantity” I wish to be a productive member of the guild, rather than a productive number.
-“Real life comes first” A guild that has an understanding of real life issues, and the affect they may have on game time.
-“Everything has the right to grow” A guild with members from multiple walks of life and has an understanding of tolerance.
A few things about myself:
-3 years experience within GW2.
-8k+ AP
-Have all 10 Professions, my “Main” would be Herald or Scrapper.
-Experience with Raids (Wing 1 and 3)
-Experience with Havoc/Zerg WvW groups.
-Enjoy Role Play.
-Willing to transfer servers, currently on Darkhaven.
-Can use either TS or Discord
Game Play Hours:
-Monday-Thursday [7pm EST – 1amEST]
-Saturday [3pm EST – 9pm EST]
-Sunday [3pm EST – 7pm EST]
Past Gaming Experience:
-Before coming to GW2 I was in EVE Online for a number of years, where I was the Corporation(Guild) Leader of a Pirate Corporation (PvP) in Low Sec space.
-Other games have played include: SWTOR, Rift, FF14, Archage, Blade and Soul, and SWG (PreNGE and PostNGE).
-Jasper
To contact me, you can either post here, whipser me ingame, or send me a PM.
I actually liked the mention of Fates Razor, but then was sad when my character denied it.
Yes, thank you Anet!
Hopefully, we will continue to see more and more emotes being added
I also enjoy Rifle and FT and I use this build for most all PVE content, except raids.
The third utility slot can be switched out for anything. I also have rifle turret mainly for its tool belt skill; it’s on a quick 6.75 second cool down and syncs well with Static Discharge. Also in dungeons I usually take off mortar kit in favor of Stealth gyro. Most mobs I have found wont aggro it, so makes skipping mobs pretty easy.
And for PVP – Hoelbrak Runes, Sigil of Force, Sigil of Generosity, Paladin Amulet and swap Incendiary Powder for Juggernaut and Applied Force for Adaptive Armor.
You wont have as nearly as much sustain as the scrapper meta, but it does have good point control. Blast gyro can be used to knock multiple people off a point – also good for interrupting burst rezs.
They aren’t meta but I do enjoy the builds.
Going to build off a few amazing ideas from above.
well of abyss: Target area pulses, players caught within the area are enveloped in a watery grave. Downed Players are finished.
-Unblockable
-Dark Field
-Duration: 3 seconds
-Number of Targets: 5
-Cast Time: 2s (Huge Tell, Caster leaps and stabs the ground)
-Radius: 350
-Cooldown: 120sec
Tonight, my guild and I received the “Cannot connect to guild server” error. We received the error through out the night and while trying to participate in PvP Guild Missions. We were unable to change team members or even delete teams. Furthermore, after waiting about 30mins-45mins we were able to start our Stronghold Missions.
However, after completing our missions we received the errors again and were unable to correctly see our guild mission window. Nor could we que as a Guild Team. We received a network error this time. However we could que as a non-team.
Guild Name: Rakkenheid
Guild Tag: Rakk
Server: Gates of Madness
I submitted a bug report under this account name. There is a screenshot attached.
Will we see an introduction of new emotes?
It’s one thing that I’ve always found odd about GW2.
Is it possible to turn the Magic Carpet and Broom Stick into a transformation to allow gliding? Much like being a guaggan and gliding. (Your glider doesn’t deploy)
Pocket Raptors? Where did the inspiration come from? What are the statistics of player deaths to Pocket Raptors.
Favorites:
1/2. Necro and Engineer
Least Favorite:
1. Revenant
Elite Specialization: Phalanx (Hoplite)
Mechanic: Changes the dodge mechanic to instead a block mechanic. “V” or dodge now has your character block while holding a shield and depletes the endurance bar for the duration that you “block”. (Has an internal CD of 1sec between blocks)
Shield Skills:
Shield 4: Phalanx Wall – Self Immobilize (8s). Grants Stability (10s) and Vigor (15s)
Shield 5: Shoulder Charge – Leap to your target and bash them with your shoulder.
Heal Skill: Phalanx Othismos – Heal yourself based on how much endurance you have. The lower your endurance the more health you heal for.
Utility Skill 1: Phalanx Ephodos – Grant Swiftness (15s) and Vigor (5s) to yourself.
Utility Skill 2: Phalanx Krousis – Grant Might 5 (10s) and Vigor (5s) to yourself.
Utility Skill 3: Phalanx Doratismos – Grant Quickness (2s) and Vigor (5s) to yourself.
Elite Skill: Phalanx Pararrhexis – Grant Stability (10)s and lunge forward knocking down foes in front of you.
Traits:
First Line Focuses on Improving gains of Vigor as well as new effects from Vigor.
Second Line Focuses on Improving Shield Skills and their Recharge as well as granting retaliation on use.
Third Line Focuses on Utility Skills and improving their boon duration, as well as granting their boons to allies.
Yes, if you are an economist/accountant who sits in front of the tp all day and night long flipping/observing then making gold is probably much easier. I for one am not that type of player, I rather kill things than do that.
By using a known crafting site or with a little bit of code you can import prices into your own spreadsheets,
That sounds SO FUN!
HoT is truly amazing! Nerfing every gold method except spread-sheet TP flipping was a great change.
gw2spidy < No Spreadsheet needed: Shows Crafting Profits and TP Flipping Profits
gw2efficiency < No Spreadsheet needed: Shows various ways to turn <item> into gold.
Crafting is not the same as TP Flipping.
But each to their own.

I can understand your point if you wish to flip items: However crafting is so much simpler.
By using a known crafting site or with a little bit of code you can import prices into your own spreadsheets, you can easily find which items to craft that will give you the best gain and even within your price/crafting level range. Researching, buying components/materials, and selling your crafted items only take about 10-15 minutes. Then you play the game (i.e. Fractals, HoT, PvP, WvW, dungeons) and wait for your pay day.
Granted with this method it takes gold to make gold.
With a few minutes a day, a little bit of math, and some information it’s possible to net 20-100+ gold a day with just crafting.
Especially any item that is a consumable (i.e Insignias, Runes, Inscriptions, Components)

I don’t condone this type of gameplay as I played as a Pirate/Corp Spy in EVE Online.
However within GW2 this type of action would probably be classified as both harassment and “scamming”. Both of which are against Guild Wars 2 Conduct so I would advise against.
However if you really wish to take part in this type of gameplay I recommend EVE Online. <3
Increase Healing Power scaling by 25%, decrease current base healing by 10%.
Add Boon Duration scaling to Healing Power. (Ex 1000 Healing Power increases Boon Duration by 100%)
Traits
Deathly Chill- The damage from chill seems a bit underwhelming.
Soul Eater- With the current attack speed for the great sword the life siphon from this trait doesn’t bode well. I would recommend changing the Life Siphon to “Increase Attack Speed by 15%”.
Great Sword
Currently damage feels underwhelming for the given attack speed of the weapon.
Reaper Shroud
Deaths Charge- Great Skill, however as said before it would be nice if the skill could stop at our target.
Shouts
Shouts are pretty fun, however the cast time on many of the shouts I believe are too long. With shouts increasing their effectiveness with the amount of players hit we are also that more likely to be interrupted by them.
Over all Reaper is fun to play. Just needs some tweaking
“Well of Spirits”
Cast a well with a radius of 480.
Pulses Chill (2s)
Pulses Weakness (2s)
Pulse Interval (1.5s)
Duration: 18s
Field Type: Ethereal
Cool down: 90s
I would love if once you activate Putrid Explosion, 1 bone minion would run towards your target before detonating (much like telling a ranger pet to attack).
I play as a Death Nova Necro and here is my build that I currently am using.
http://intothemists.com/calc/?build=V5_;3o2WF0v3oI-K0;9;4687;0036236156;4100;9;01i
I don’t take Soul Reaping mainly because I only use DS to flash Enfeebling Blood and to use the fear and tainted shackles.
In addition, as you can see this build is all about Conditions.
-Jasper Necro
I main a Necro and play a Death Nova Minion Master/Condi build.
Since our Minion AI is usually unpredictable the build works well for that, since I want my minions to die.
I’ve also found that as a Death Nova Necro, it’s all about positioning and getting your minions into the thick of things which sometimes also means your in the thick of it as well.
It may not be Meta or as proficient as a powermancer, but its hella fun.

I don’t know if this has been said or not.
But it would be nice if they gave Necros the ability to control their minions much like a ranger can control his pet. (Too make it simple the commands would work on all minions as one – much like a hive mind) Pretty Much – Attack and Return to Me
