Yes it does fully refill your adrenaline bar. Signet of Fury active also fully refills adrenaline instantly. Berserker stance does it pretty quickly on lowest cd.

I thought the same thing about the wvw part of the monthly, but I went into wvw, found a zerg and had the monthly wvw requirement finished in a few hours.

So its not bad at all imo.

So I have played with a shout heal spec in dungeons and I thought it was ok but I didn’t have any +heals or cleric gear on so I felt that it was kind of lackluster and was wanting to try the banner regen and was wondering what the consensus was on this sort of build.

Yea definitely 30 tactics, prob 30 defense but not sure about what gear would get you to 31k hp, I think the gear is probably Valkyries.

Love the longbow, will try this build it looks interesting except for the sharing of cd’s.
