Please make the dungeons soloable

I think explorable mode of dungeons should not be soloable, I haven’t done them yet, but the point of them is to get a group together to finish them.

Story mode, on the other hand, should be soloable. Any story based content should be able to be completed by one’s self. Story wise we are going through this ordeal alone, so why not make them soloable and them those people who liked that particular dungeon can find others to complete explorable mode with.

I’ve been spending quite a bit of time in Orr recently, and I feel it’s time for me to vent a little.

Due to the lack of players in the areas I am currently in, I’m starting to get fed up with Orr. Up until this point I had loads of fun completing maps and continuing the storyline, but once I hit Orr the amount of fun I’m having has dropped dramatically. I realize why this area is as it is lore wise, but there are still several things that could keep the lore, but make it more manageable and overall, fun.

When I am killing enemies to open up a skill point for communing or just walking from one point to another and I get overwhelmed by enemies either because I’m killing them too slowly or there are too many of them it just feels like a war of attrition. When I am the only player in the area, I feel like the developers expect me to have help.

  • Enemy spawn-rate should be influenced by player amount.
  • Enemy density should be influenced by player amount.
  • Event respawn should also be influenced by player amount.
  • Enemy HP or damage should also be influenced by player amount.

When I say affected by player amount I mean the number of active players in that immediate area. If there is only one player in the named map area he should not have to fend for his life just to move from point A to point B.

Also, underwater combat, while a little fun, needs some work. I feel so much weaker underwater, even though my equipments if on par with my land equipment.

There might be a few more things, but these are the major ones I’ve been thinking of. Orr is not fun, and really puts a damper on the whole game.
