Hey everyone i have been trying to transfer to a new server and bought gems to do so, yet when i go to the transfer screen it still says i have no gems :/
I don’t if it’s a bug or not just curious if this is common or if my purchase didn’t go through, it says i have the gems in game just not on the character select screen.
I got it working again, at least for now so nevermind i suppose
I am not sure if this is an error or simply some type of security measure but i’d appreciate if someone responded or the very least gave me a clue as to what it is.
Hey everyone, i have been having an error lately where while i am selling things at the trading company after so many items are sold there is an error, normally it isn’t an issue because i can just wait a minute and it works. Well now just recently when i did this the game booted me and said it has crashed. This is starting to get frustrating for me since after recently buying this game i have encountered error after error and this is only the newest one on a long list, so any assistance would be appreciated.
You know that could be the game client crash i got a few weeks back, if it isn’t cleared up yet and if you arent afraid of downloading all the updates again rename the .dat file. It depends on the nature of the problem though, if it just is a log in error then don’t do that but if the whole client crashes id give that a shot. Hope that helps and good luck!!
Alright i appreciate the reply and no it isn’t a virus or any of that i just recently checked all that stuff. nothing is old in this computer either because its not even a year old yet, it was just a bad patch i fixed it after support deleted my ticket when i asked them about it i never did get an answer. Oh well it’s in the past it is working now so thanks for all the feedback none the less

Well now it says it has to authenticate my gameplay privileges which is the first time i have gotten this message. I am calm healtone but i have been combating errors for half a month now and i just want to play my game in peace. I appreciate what they do and the fact that it is free online but i don’t want to have to fix something every week. Before my last error i had to completely redownload the game because of a bad patch so im just frustrated is all.
Yeah i know i have the same problem with the forum page also, i think its safe to say they had a major server crash on their end. I don’t know if it had to do with to many people being online (which i think is unlikely) or just the same bug that happens every time we get a big update. Hopefully they will start to watch this bug more closely because it is a recurring thing i just don’t want to have to play my game cautiously lol

it keeps telling me its firewall or security and router problems i find that hard to believe more so since all of you are having the same issue so i hope they don’t take there time on this i was in the middle of something

and i was trying to go to Lions Arch i think this is a server crash because i can barely even use the forum right now :/
Well i am glad to see i am not the only one i was in Hoelbrak going to Lions Arch, hopefully this is fixed soon this is kinda game breaking lol
Hi all i keep getting this error all of the sudden “error code 42:6:3:2151”.
I have no clue why because i was playing not even 5 minutes ago, i just went to teleport and the game booted me and won’t let me log in. So any quick fix would be appreciated i just fixed an error not even two weeks ago i really do not want to have to combat another one again. :/
Well it took a whole day but i finally got the client working! Whoohoo!

Any assistance i can gather at this page would be appreciated….i’m just so exhausted from all this i have been trying to fix this game for two days and i just get one error after another and now that i finally am this close to fixing it i can’t log in to anything anymore or even log in to see my question. I haven’t even owned this game for that long so i’ve barely had a chance to play it. I just want to be able to play it again without all these issues.
Alright well i tried logging into my support account to see any follow up on my question but it seems that i can no longer sign into that….This is extremely stressful and i feel like the support team kinda has left me hanging, the last time i asked a question they deleted it and this time i can’t even sign into my support account. I just don’t know what to do anymore

I just had to completely redownload all the updates for the game because it encountered a fatal error and now that i’m finally getting that fixed i can’t sign into the game client, i just don’t know what to do with this anymore so yeah any help, suggestions, or quick fix would be appreciated i’m just at my wits end with this here.
Hey all i am having an issue signing into my account all of the sudden. I keep getting an error saying it cannot connect to the server error code being 58:11:5:512
Any help on this would be appreciated because i have just been getting error after error since the latest patch and i’m getting extremely frustrated and running out of ideas to fix it.

Yeah i have checked the disk and all that and it all checks out. I renamed the .dat file and so far download is crawling along so i have my fingers crossed. If anything else happens i will give an update on that and post my system specs on here and take it from there. I am hoping this is fixes it though, i’m new to the game and love it i just hope these errors are not to common.
Hey everyone out there, I just bought this game and it has been running fine for 3 days, then suddenly when i tried to play the game it will not download any updates and crashes and gives me a “Fatal disk-error 1117” code i have tried everything from reinstalling to seeing if i have any corrupted files and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated, i have tried contacting tech support here with questions but they deleted it so i am not really sure what to make of that.
