FIX the horrible performance? XD

I’M not fooling the frame rate in this game is terrible and it ruins such a good game. I’ve played to lvl 71 and I don’t know how much more I can deal with. Fix the frame rate plz.

Hi I have the i5 2430m that you listed and a GT555m 3GB along with 8GB RAM and in wvwvw and large pve events I will get 5fps rendering the game totally unplayable however in calmer areas of the game I reach around 25-90 FPS. This game is really unoptimised and needs a lot of performance fixes before less powerful processors like the one you listed (that I have) can run this game at a descent framerate consistently an I am not sure it ever will be fixed as it has been like this since launch day

The FPS has been terrible since day 1 I have not only had 3-5 fps in world vs world but also in large scale pve events. This game needs to be fixed asap more ppl want performance optimisations than gem store items FIX IT ANET.

Please ANET for the January event onwards please can you add in UK start times thx.

Same problem been happening since Halloween event though

I disconnected after the rockslide part and it wouldn’t let me log in Just repeat the event today plz.

Dont do it its an issue with the game, not ur laptop u should just be patient like many other and wait for a fix instead of spending all that money.

Medium everything,reflections landscape only,post processing high, lowering resolution or settings makes no diffrence in FPS however highering them lowers my framerate by max 10FPS.

I play all other games on high settings 1600×900 that have way higher system requirements than this game.

I was wondering when the game will run of the GPU instead of the CPU as it is giving many players low FPS which makes the game unplayable in many large scale events and WvWvW. thx

My specs are more han capable of playing this game:
nvidia GT555M 3GB DDR3 (Dell Xps 17)
i5 2430m 2.4ghz turbo to 3.2ghz
4GB RAM

No it isnt with my specs I should be able to run this game fine:
Nvidia GT555m 3GB DDR3 (Dell XPS17)
i5 2430m
4GB Ram
750GB hard drive

From what ive played and seen on the forums this game is deffinetly not GPU bound as my framerates are at the Highest 9 FPS in large WvWvW battles and large PVE events Whereas outside large events it goes from 80 FPS to 20 in a matter of seconds. If it was GPU bound this would not happen.

4GB Ram DDR3
Recomended driver download

In the black citedel 17FPS and in heavy combat my FPS drops signifcantly from 40+FPS to around 20 on medium settings. I am above the recemended requirements and should be able to run this game on high at constant high frame rates. Fortunatley it is playable untill it is patched. XD
