This also happening to me. Especially with the red circles for the falling snowballs that send you flying. Im NO WHERE NEAR these circles, and my character gets flung all over hells half acre. Infact, they don’t even show up at all sometimes and I’m gonna be flung off the ledge. (This is not the snowman wind btw)

The Wintersday JP desyncs graphically from my client so often, I’ve got basically 2-3 minutes of ‘good’ gameplay to get a couple runs on for my achievement and then it all goes to hell.

I’ve even been at the present incline section just before it and seen people jumping on presents that haven’t respawned on my screen yet. Try timing that one.

Hopefully something can be done about this. To say it’s getting on my nerves is an understatement.

I have to agree here. I’ve been a warrior for 3 years now. A mesmer. A necromancer. And part time ranger.
And I gotta say… there’s a reason you won’t see Berserkers. It sucks.
Warrior is WORST Elite spec in HoT by far. Hands down. There’s no argument nor defense to be had. I tried to stick with it for the first 3 days, unlocking everything but the last 3 traits, trying to mix n match for builds and the only thing I could come up with, is that it’s VERY specialized for PvP condition build (and that’s stretching it).
Conditions have always lost out to pure power in PvE, even if its a new shiny fire DoT. This specialized trait line is simply not worth taking for any PvE acitivity IMO. The burst skills are lack luster at best. Compared to the drastic and brutally awesome specializations for the other classes… uhg. It’s just simply garbage.
Didn’t warriors have enough melee options already?
Total missed opportunity here for a range staff/minor battle mage in plate. How about a melee that’s got ranged abilities? Throwing daggers. ANYTHING but this.
I finally dropped my Elite specialization last night and will not be going back to it. Period. What you have to give up for what you get in those trait lines and that god awful off-hand insult is not worth it.
Back to default traits lines for me.
Garbage.
I’d love to see the warrior elite specialization taken back to the drawing board, including a different weapon choice, but that’s a fat chance. It’ll never happen. Quite obvious why it wasn’t advertised very much compared to the awesomeness of the other elite specs.
And that’s simply my own opinions and experiences.

Cynister. How do you bring in more than a default party of 5?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. :\ I seriously can’t figure this out in my head.

Our PvE guild is very small and personal, and sometimes getting more than 5-10 of us online at the same time due to work and real world responsibilities can be challenging. However, we got 5 of us in the Hollow this evening and could not get to and clear the objectives in time.

Thus, I’m lookin for info on how we could bring more people in to help us.

If enhanced squad UI isn’t in yet, how on earth do we bring more than a 5 man group inside? Does this work with a squad currently? (I have bought a commander mark in prep for the new UI but … yeah. No UI for a few weeks. Sad.)

I don’t think the OP means all servers connected, just the over flows on one server.
Say, Blackgate Main, as well as Blackgate Overflow 1, 2, 3, 4, etc would be fighting a common Boss event and HP bar across Blacgate only. Not one common Boss event across all servers and overflows.
Looking at it that way, there’s no way that could work across all servers. I wouldn’t want to see that at all.
But across one server, yes. Most definitely.

I am all for this idea. Overflows linked to a common event health pool. I also agree that the event does not need a nerf. It’s excellent where it is. Succeed or Fail as a server, not as an instance.

Agreed with everything mentioned. The volume of the Boombox to the owner carrying it is about 1/3 compared to the flute, horn or bell. And on top of that the radius is near non-existent for anyone passing by. You have to be practically on top of the person with the boombox to hear it, and even then, its only 1/3 of what the owner hears. Barely audible at all.

I recently purchased Gems about a week ago for the Super Pet Trio Pack with no issue. For the past 48 hours however, no matter what, I get a Failed Card each and every time. This is also happening with 2 different cards and multiple possible spaces, dots, caps or not and combos. Frustrating to say the least. I didn’t know it was this difficult to do a micro-transaction.
