Three weeks and 2-3 days – NO error 7. In that time i haven’t restated my pc or shutted it down(Normally i leave it working always). Well, yesterday a reboot was needed due to installation of a program. BAM since then i get non-stop error 7. WHAT THE FACK

I don’t really understand why the “big” investigation is starting now after a 16 page thread concerning the same problem. As far as i know a investigation was conducted and it was pointed out that the problem with error code 7 is not in ArenaNet’s servers but in the users. ( Their ISP was accused).
I can surely share with you my experience regarding this error. For this two weeks
( everything for me started since the October patches, before that i haven’t had any disconnecting problems) i managed to play 5-6 hours in total, while trying to log in desperately every day. Yes, sometimes i was entering the game and the majority of times i had lag and disconnections due to error code 7 when zoning. Interestingly enough my friend living in the room next to mine (using the exact same ISP as i do) is not facing this error 7 and i can log with my account through his PC. The frustration is enormous, because there are no answers and the people suffering from code 7 are not 10 or 15.
This morning i entered and played for about an hour. After that started the lag and error 7 on loading screen – the old story. For a second i thought i might play this weekend as before but i was wrong.

I was not playing, but trying to log in between16-22 and 8-12 (in the morning i was able to enter more often, althought for short time before getting error 7 while teleporting) ; time zone – GTM+1
