Hello. Well I’ve the same processor but I turned off the turbo. And like you, I couldn’t stand the stock fan. So I brought the “A50” fan which was alright, I clocked the pc to 4,3 without any in game problems. And I didn’t even touch the volt etc, just the freq. But I started to record and stream more often, I used to record with fraps. Then I tried a few other softwares which I liked more. But my pc started to have bsod, I had to lower the GHz for temp issues. At this point I can only recommend you to buy a good fan/cooling system, if you really want to overclock. The whole motherboard is also important for that. For me, my pc runs at 3,8 and I can stream and record without any problems. But even so, I might get a better cooling soon.

These games, they don’t depend on all 8 cores, it’s more important to get the core freq higher (and stable if so). But either way, hope someone can give you another answer about this, I don’t use the turbo at all.

I can recommend “Mango Pie” = Gain 85 health every second +70 Vitality.
Kind of weird but I thought Poyaqui was the easiest one.

I really recommend “open broadcaster software” and it’s free! Works great for me with both sound and video. I’ve used fraps for some years but the size of the recordings are silly. With “OBS” you get very good size, the file output is mp4. Just go over the settings and the quality will be great.

Hehe I did the same thing but I tried with alot of different items. Lost some gold when I came back online later, I just sold it so no harm really. In your case I don’t think you can do so much about it, sell or wait and hope the price goes up a bit.

I’ve also problems with my internet connection since the January updates. I can play for 20-40 minutes and then it begins to lag, delay or disconnect the game. It just gets worse if I try to continue to play. The strange thing is, skype is also disconnecting when I play Gw2, just all random. Note that I don’t get disconnections in skype if I don’t have played gw2, so it always starts after I’ve played. I’ve never had any disconnection problems with gw2 before, well maybe in the beta.

I’ve the whole gw2 map in exclusion list in the anti-virus software.
I called my internet service to ask if they could see any problems with my connection but no, it all looks very good. And it seems that I don’t actually get disconnected from the internet itself, it’s just gw2 and then skype.

These are a few softwares I use daily.
Kaspersky Pure 2.
Advanced SystemCare 6 pro.
Skype (latest version).
Maxthon & firefox browser.

The shaders is set to high but it’s only the leggings that looks like this, nothing else that I’ve tried. Maybe I should buy another piece of the set to see if they all reflect. I’ll look at the forum links, thanks.

Hello, I wanted to try the falconer leggings (cultural armor tier 2) on my human thief. I often use “midnight ice” to get a dark color on the armor. In the picture it looks very dark. But in the “world” the leggings looks different? I wonder if there’s a normal thing with some easy explanation or something else? It looks metallic somehow… I tried with the color “blue ice” and the leggings goes gray. So can anyone explain how it works?
