Do we need to register somewhere that we did not get reward chest ?

I just hope Anet are not involved in the world cup – “And the Winner Is —- oops where did we put Trophy”

Seriously they need to start issueing compensation for the never ending poor treatment of players.

This morning after WvW rotation managed to get the last Vista to complete map 100% (Yipee) – sadly i got the reward chest for completing Eternal Battleground – but no map completion screen and NO REWARD – my map reads – 301/301 – 507/507 – 719/719 – 202/202 – 266/266.

I feel severly cheated by this hopefully this is a glitch that is easily rectified (or the pre-requistie for 100% has changed in some way)

Please help either way asap.
