Guild Wars 2

So I was running around in the Fields of Ruin leveling my newest character when I decide to go partake in an event to kill some harpies and save some villagers. The last time I’d been the area and the event was going on, it had been bugged and a villager wouldn’t leave even though all the harpies were dead, so I’ve never been around to do this event before. But I doubt this event is supposed to spawn level 81 NPCs to fight.

Specifically, it’s the event in Tangleroot Hills, in the north-east corner of the map. I’ll include a screenshot that shows one of the event NPCs towards the left, and on the right you can see this is clearly meant to be an event for lower levels, not some new level 80 event for ley lines or bandits.

All the other harpy NPCs in the area are around level 35, so at least they’re still normal.

Hey there. So I recently decided to attempt to finish some of the first few season 2 episodes for the mastery points. However, as I’m attempting to just do episode 1, I’ve been timed out three times now right after the fight with Aerin. Once I defeat him, the Master of Peace usually gets out his first line before I’m then kicked to the character select screen.

I’ll admit, GW2 does crash on me from time to time because my computer can’t handle it for long periods of time, but when it crashes, it crashes: it closes and I have to restart it. This time it’s just timing out on me, and considering that all three times happened at almost the exact same spot makes me think there’s a problem beyond my computer. Who knows, maybe there’s not, but figured I’d make a post about it anyways to see if anyone else has had the issue before and if there’s a fix to it.

It’s a very small thing, but I just completed tier 1 of The Legend earlier today. After collecting all the star fragments and burying them and getting my recipe…I still somehow have the individual fragments? I honestly didn’t look to see if they even combined when I did that part, just ran on over to the last bit to finish, and noticed afterward that I still had all 5 pieces.
