Because there is not a category for this instance maybe? under support there is only “technical support” or bugs, so. Also, i sent a ticket and they told me to write on this forum.

Im not telling that this is a bug, im telling that this is an unfair and wrong situation and they have to think a solution to circumstances like these, like extend the grace period to all the match for instance.
They maybe cannot know if I crashed or whatever, but since I went back in the match before it was finished, this dishonor is senseless. A real deserter do not desert only for 1-2 min and then go back in fight, he deserts all the rest of the match! Im complaining especially about the two points loss for me and for the others, since we even won!

I was playing a pvp ranked match with other 3 players in party, then my internet connection crashed. When I relogged, we actually won the match but then we all 4 got dishonor and 2 points were removed from our tier completation because of “desertion”, but i didnt desert nothing! I crashed, and then back in game before the match was finished. This is unfair!
