Ticket number 586383, sent 5 days ago. Up until now all the responses I’ve had from A-net have been really quick and efficient but this one, not so much.

She’s still not working on Piken Square, for me atleast. There’s an option to Greet but no option to Talk, so the skill challenge can’t be initiated. Really frustrating, last thing I need to finish the zone…

I keep getting card approval failed when I try to buy gems. I emailed the support team on Sunday 14th, they misunderstood and thought I wanted to buy a copy of the game. It’s been clarified and I’m told that my problem has been escalated to a payment review team. I got that email on the 15th and still haven’t heard anything.

I’m getting a little impatient. I don’t mind waiting for the problem to be resolved but I would like to know how long I’m expected to wait so I know they haven’t just lost my emails.
