I’m super confused by this thread tbh.
All I want to do is change the e-mail adress I use to log in because the one i use is so dated and it’s just used to receive spam e-mails now. I’d rather use my actual main e-mail adress but all the links i click are either dead links or I end somewhere completely different with no idea where to go or what to do.. so in simple steps? what do I need to do to change my e-mail adress? I got the fact that i need to send a ticket but that’s pretty much all I got from reading multiple answers on this thread.

I am now experiencing the same problem. Yesterday everything was working fine and now first my login screen wouldn’t appear, i restarted, and now I have a continuous white screen.

About deleting the folder? what will this mean for my game? will I have to update again or?

yesterday right after the patch it didn’t work, then I had a tiny update and it worked, but today after a few hours it stopped working again.
at least I could get on it long enough to buy my character slots and trans charges, but this is really starting to annoy me that I’ll never know if it’s working today or not :c

Still not working for me. Problem started about 1-2 weeks ago. It’s not all that annoying except for the fact that now I am missing out on some deals I’d rather not miss like the one for the character slots and transmutation credits.

I just feel like mac beta overall needs a better/bigger support so that problems get fixed as quickly as with the windows players. (because I noticed that the first message about this topic was 9 months ago) Sometimes it kind of feels like that because we play on a mac we should deal with problems (some ppl on the chat even tell me exactly that: ‘oh then why don’t you buy a pc, mac is not for gaming.) But I think that mac could just as well be a wonderful gaming platform if only the perspective of the gaming industry changed on it and focus on making great versions for mac as well.

Same problem here. It just freezes over after a few minutes of gameplay. It doesn’t even shut itself down until I go to my ‘force quit’. Didn’t have this problem before the new patch.
I play on a macbook pro laptop from 2011
