Hi Gaile,
I live and work in Toronto, Canada now
And I’m a member of a guild (Kingdom of Haven) in SOS.
It has been 16 days now since my account are unable to login.
At first, my account was wrongly terminated for engaging/assisting item/gold sales for real world money.
I need to attend to class and work at the most of the time, so I had never sold or buy any gold in the game.
Then I submit a ticket in support, but the response I got was my account is guilty, which I need to admit a crime that I had never ever done it before.
If that is the case, please show me the proof. If you have a reason, tell them to those who are concerned. Show me when and where I had done something that I had never done before.

Then few days ago, I got a notice in the forum that my account is now considered closed for payment fraud.
For this, I purchased my Guild Wars2 CD Key in official and legal EB Games Store in Toronto, Canada.
I been waiting and loving this game for so long
So when the pre-purchase first release, I purchased my copy right away (At official EB Games in Canada).
And I had participated in every single BWE.
I understand mistake might happen regarding on the large amount the team need to deal with during daily.
But I do not appreciate how arena net blocks player that is absolutely innocent.
Please help me to resolve my problem, or I believe players have the right to ask for refund in such situation.

I already uploaded the pictures of my CD Key and the game box of Guild Wars2 on my ticker.

14 days of patience, you cannot be serious, this is not funny anymore.
I visit the forums on a daily basis and i see people with exactly the same issue with me got their issues resolved so why should i wait 14 kittening days? Are you guys ok? Cause i feel that you are trolling me.

P.S. If anyone here thinks that i am over-reacting then think twice. Put yourself in my position and wonder how it feels to be ignored.

Dear Gaile

I had been supporting Anet for the past 5 years. I enjoyed both GW1 and GW2 contents that you guys had been churning out. At the launch of GW2, I even invited a bunch of friends to join me in the adventures of Tyria. During these few weeks of enjoyable time spent in the world of GW2, I managed to develop 1 characters to level 80. Then tragedy striked.

I was with a bunch of friends adventuring in TA when I got kicked from the server, disconnected. There after I couldn’t log back in. Suspecting that my account had been compromised, I went and changed my password. However, this did not relief the situation. The error I got when I tried to login was “…Selling or Trading for real world money, etc…or something of the like.” I swear that I have never sold anything in my possession on said account for any real world money and therefore could not have violated said TOS or EULA.

I implore to Anet and respected GM(s) to investigate my account. As upon checking, I am sure you will find that I only have a total of about 10G plus some mats that I have accumulated from mining and dungeons.

I still trying to be patience and waiting for solution regrading on my accounts got blocked by error, and I have read over the rule and make sure that I did not break any of them during these 11 days.
For some reason, one of the GM set my ticket status into Violation Appeal.
The reason why I want to get back my account is not because how many time or effort I put into my character. It is for not to admit the things that I have never done.
I understand it takes time for the team, but please kindly allow me to rejoin my friends in adventuring in Tyria again. I promised that I will continue obey the rules and my support for Anet & GW2.

I found that you had already send my ticket (121020-000483) to the senior agent
But….I also found out I had close that ticket by accident.
Not sure if that gonna be a problem for the agent to resolve this…
If yes, I did post a ticket three days ago

My account was permanently closed because it was involved in the sale of in-game items for cash or other items with real world value.
But all my income in the game was come from selling though Black Lion Trading Post (ONLY) and award from dungeon .
Also my total wealth had never been over 10G
Please help me with this

I got an issue with during login
The pop out message said my account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-word money, which is a break of the user agreement and rules of conduct.
But I did not use any objects that produced in game to trade in real world.
Even thought I live in Canada, but I used VPN sometimes, I not sure if this will cause this problem.
Please help me with this.
