I submitted my ticket #121011-000236 on 10/10 (Error Code: 45:6:3:2114). I have gotten no response since 10/10. Could someone look into my ticket.
I want to why i was banned. I was actively playing with a guildmate when I got banned. I was not and have not used any third-party software (I run GW2 in Steam). I do not and have not used any sort of macros. AFK’ing… I admit that I AFK to… check wiki, IRC, smoke and/or take care of my one year old son. I want to know how this is going to be fixed.

My account is still suspended, I have read all the documents about conducts and policies, and I didnt brake any rule. Its being 4 days since I got this problem and opened this tkt, it should be solved already, I dont need answers for things are unsolved, pla respond next time with somethin like, “we have reviwed your situation and your account is unsuspended, we appologize for the inconvenience” or " you are suspended because you have done whatever that broke our rules" this kind of answer wont help me nor the game play for other customers that are having similar issues. NCsoft Account Support has many such appeals to process in a short amount of time. We are working as fast as we can.

About a week ago my account was hacked. I emailed support and I happily had access to my account within 24 hours. However, the next day I log on only to find that my account was permanently banned and terminated due to modifying the game, etc. I obviously didn’t hack or modify the game, someone else must have gotten access to my account once again. I submitted my ticket and got my confirmation email. No one has emailed me or responded for over a week. I recently submitted another ticket. Still no response. I would appreciate someone getting in contact with me and at least letting me know that the problem is being worked on.

He has had his account hacked, and can no longer access it.
He got a standard reply email that said you guys had received the ticket, and that he could update it, but the update link doesn’t work.
We’ve been so, so sad, but after a week of waiting, I’m hoping this will help him clear things up.

ticket #121012-001916 is 3 days old without any real solution. I updated it after the copy and pasted message, which told me it would be a 3 day suspension. After 72 hours it still shows the attached error message, that they detected an unauthorized individual.

I am mad as hell to be honest, at least tell me how long a suspension is or what is going on with my account. Tell me that you work on something, just something…

Hello. First of all, my account was hacked on september 21st. I’ve came back home from a trip on Last saturday (7.10.12r). This day, i checked my email, and i found message from staff, that someone logged onto my account. I tried to log in, but the password was changed so i restored it. I thought it was fine, but after short time, i got banned. I didn’t receive any mail including reason of ban etc. The account just says im permamently banned. My question is, can you investigate this case?
Ps. Im writing here, since neither tickest, nor contatcing staff didn’t help (no responses at all)

Hello there,
Today marks the third day of my ticket having gone unresolved, so I’m posting here in hopes that someone will be able to help me out.

My ticket number is: 121013-003170
I submitted it 10/13/2012

I purchased the game on the 13th, installed the client, and upon trying to log in was surprised when it informed me that my account had been banned due to gold selling. I know for a fact that it wasn’t me, seeing as how I’ve yet to even play the game! Honestly, I’m just really hoping this gets sorted out as soon as possible, and I understand that there are others with problems as well, but I’m just excited to eventually be able to play.

Hello Gaile, i know this topic is just for somewhat ‘overdue’ support tickets, but i sort of have an urgency seeing i am volunteering during PinkDay in LA which is happening comming saturday… My account has been blocked for a false-positive gold selling offense…

A spam email I recieved came with a 1 copper coin attached to it, and i could not return the copper to the sender (likely due to the account already having been removed for gold selling). So the only way to delete the email was to accept the copper, to then be able to delete the dang email. (best sollution would be to allow deletion of emails containing items and having a ‘are you sure’-notice attached to it).

So now my account is blocked and ‘if’ i wait for 3 days it’s going to be saturday, and i won’t be able to help out during Pink Day in LA. Hence i wanted to ask if it’s possible to drop my ticket number here (121017-000204) and if you don’t have any more pressing tickets to deal with, if you could check up on my issue so that i can do my ‘duty’ during PinkDay.

I had a problem with the Trading post about a month ago and I did not receive any gems when I did the Trade Gold for Gems function. It took my gold however. The GM said to be patient and updated my ticket to “Waiting” status. I checked it recently and it says “closed”. I don’t believe a ticket should be closed unless it’s been properly resolved, hence the New ticket #121018-000814

Okay I think I have the login errors solved but here’s a summary of my problems still occurring.

1. I cannot log into my support account. I created a support account and it worked fine for a few days, but now I get an error when I try to log in. In addition, the password reset option does not accomplish anything. I spoke extensively with someone on the phone about this issue, and for some reason the emails are not sent to my Gmail account. I have confirmed that they are not being blocked or put in the spam folder. I suspect something else is at play because there is no reason my original password should have stopped working in the first place.

2. I have made repeated inquiries about salvaging my old character names from my first GW2 account that was disabled per my request. Some support has hinted that this may be possible if the old names could just be deleted, presumably I could reuse them, but as far as I know, I no longer have access to the original account to delete the old names.

(The ticket most relevant to these problems is 121015-000466)

Hi. I know that I’m breaching CoC when I’m posting on behalf of another person who’s account is suspended. The person in question is my wife, and I’m doing this since apparently she’s also been blocked from the forums, since when she tried to log here the system tells her that she can’t do that since she has no access to GW2.

The account is Jangsara.4350 and the support ticket number is 121016-002257.

Her account was suspended on last tuesday (16th) for unknown reason, so far all response she’s had from support has been two messages that told her that her ticket has been transferred twice, once to a senior support person and then again to payment section.

At this point I won’t hope that the issue will be resolved before the weekend, but it would nice to at least hear from somebody who could explain what has happened and what the reason for the suspension is. Naturally if it would be in any way possible to resolve the situation before the weekend so she could continue playing would be marvellous, but like I said I won’t hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

This has been on going now for 3 days.
The error message is “your guild wars 2 account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money”.
I had the same issue 2 nights and it was resolved within a few hours. Then when I played the game after 1 hour I got kicked form the server and the same issue occurred.
I contacted support right after it happened and have yet to hear a response from them.
I really want to enjoy this game, I paid full price for it and I haven’t even been able to play for 3 hours.

EDIT: My issue was finally resolved overnight with support admitting my account termination was indeed wrongful. As I have my account back, no need to follow up on the below, though I do suggest a review of the process and tools used to initiate account terminations in the first place.

Summary: I opened 121018-002035 on Thursday. It’s now been 3 days since my access was removed due to no violation of the terms on my part (either it’s an error by support or some hackery).

Can you please help get this resolved? I’ve missed several guild events I was looking forward to, and looks like I’m going to be missing some of the Halloween event as well. Really frustrating.

I got an issue with during login

The following is message show after I login at the game launch:
“Your guild wars 2 account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-word money, which is a break of the user agreement and rules of conduct. This action is permanent.”

But I did not use any objects that produced in game to trade in real world.
I used VPN since I play in China for the majority of time, I not sure if this will cause this problem.
