Guild Wars 2

I’ve been getting this error every time I log in the the past 5 or so days. I can’t play for more than a couple seconds, and then everything stops responding. I can moved around and open menus (Hero panel, inventory, etc.), but skills and interactions won’t complete. This isn’t even just in certain places, this is everywhere, all my characters, all the time. They are all in open world areas, and I can’t even play long enough to move them. I have tried at different times of the day. Nothing has changed on my end of things internet-wise that I can think of, and I’m scratching my head trying to figure this out. I did a client repair and that didn’t help. I cannot play this game that I love very much and any help would be appreciated.
