Hi guys!

I have a level 80 Guardian on Ehmry Bay. I’ve been playing since October 2013, but I’ve only been active a few months because of real life responsibilities. After this patch, I am more confused than ever! Can someone please explain these things for me? I have looked in a few different places for the answers, but I am still confused!

1. What are the books at the trainers?
   Someone said they’re “signets” or something. What in the world does THAT mean? I know you have signets you can use as abilities but… do you use these as abilities or… I just have no idea what they are.
2. Where should I put my trait points?
   I know there is ferocity or something, which is paired with toughness or something on the trait panel… I have no idea what to do. Where should I put my points and what special talents per tree should I pick to maximize my DPS? I am currently in full berserker gear.
3. What in the world happened to Lions Arch?
   That was something I was inactive for….
4. What should be my 6, 7, 8 and 9 ability…
   for max dps once I get a good trait line up?

2. Fix the TP because I literally stopped playing for months because of the TP not working (huge part of how I like to play the game)
3. I know this is in-game but don’t charge for transmutions. After leaving GW2 I went back to WoW literally because of the TP not working and transmutes costing money. If I went through the hard work to get the gear I want why do I have to then pay to make it look how I want it??

I’m currently patching my game… wasn’t expecting to see 11,000 files remaining! Is that the size of the patch or is there something wrong? This is what I get for logging on late trying to squeeze in an AC run before reset…

Btw, why stop at AC13, CoF12? You can still do: Arah 123, AC2, CoF3, SE13, CoE123, HotW13, TA Up/FF, CM123.

30g+ daily. But it just circles back to: do you play 1 hour a day or 6 hours a day?

I haven’t been in the area to unlock Arah yet. I play for maybe 2 hours a day. It’s hard to find a group for AC2 and CoF3 for some reason, I’ve been able to find them before but honestly no one wants to do them!

I have been kicked for dying once and I wasn’t even doing anything dumb, I swear! Maybe I just have bad luck with groups… I don’t join groups that I don’t fit the req’s for maybe I just come across the meanies on a daily basis.. oh well!

I ran AC and this one warrior had Eternity, Twilight, that weird black ghost shield, and 2 other legendary weapons.

I’m sitting here with this ugly exotic gear from the trading post that makes me look like a kittened off jellyfish…

I have 14g right now in game… I’m just curious as to how people make so much gold! I would LOVE to have 200g right now so I could get my Tier 3 human gear but I know that will never happen because I don’t know how to make gold efficiently…

Sure I can run dungeons and get 1g per path per day but not everyone is running every path to every dungeon. You have AC 1&3 and CoF 1&2. Not only that – but if you die once because you haven’t been playing the game from launch and you can’t anticipate every mob’s attack you get kicked from the group… Don’t get me wrong, I rarely die in dungeons from stupid things like that but lets get real…

Back to the point. How do some people have so much gold? I would just like to know an efficient way to make gold… I don’t understand how you make money from the train in Queensdale and doing champion farming and all that… I’m trying to ‘flip the TP’ but so far I haven’t been making much headway…

Oh well, just let me know how you have such shiny wallets!!

I attached an in-game screenshot of my graphics… I usually get like 25-35 fps in L.A.
Never have lag anywhere which is nice. And the game look great on these low settings, too, so I’m not really complaining. I mean it would be nice to see the textures everywhere but it’s not that bad…

When did they update the animations? I haven’t been on for about 5 days.. did I miss something…

I have a 47 guardian… I’m doing the 2h GS build and I was wondering what stats should I use to accompany this build. I know I need power to do damage and vitality for health, etc, but what is a good balance for all around leveling and pve?

I know what power, toughness, vitality, etc do for your character. What I want to know is what is a good balance for an engineer?
As in, for every 5 points of power you want 1 point for vitality. If you can make it simple like that I would appreciate it… if not can you please tell me how to get the right balance? I just want a standard leveling stats.. nothing crazy.
P.S. not sure if this matters but I am using a flame thrower… what is your favorite kit for leveling and why…

a. can I use med kit in an instance and just heal people
