Still having this issue. Makes the achievements very difficult, since you can’t tell where you’re going, can’t tell where the lurcher is going/coming from… please fix.

Story: Prisoners of the Dragon

I have now crashed twice on the cutscene that is supposed to trigger right after rescuing Eir and Faolain from the pod, causing me to repeat the entire quest again (and again).

I completed the story mission “Torn From the Sky” in a friend’s group (it was his instance). I got completion for the event, but at the end of the mission, I was kicked back to an instance of “Rally to Maguuma”, with no button to exit the instance (had to WP), and then when I left the instance, I had not unlocked the waypoint in Verdant Brink.

The hero point ! that people are reporting is happening more than just on changing zones— just sitting in Lion’s Arch sorting through inventory, it pops up every few minutes.
