Guild Wars 2

I bought the ultimate edition for gw2 HoT, and I know it says to wait 72 hours before I could get the gems. It’s been around 24 hours, and the sales that I wanted to use the gems on (wings and account starter kit) are going off tomorrow. If I don’t get the gems before the sale ends, can I send in a ticket and ask them if I can still receive that special, since most people got their gems almost immediately… or?

(I found it most appropriate to put this here because putting it under HoT would probably just annoy people)

Is there a way to refund badges of honor for items i bought accidentally? The first page of armor is soldier’s armor, and I keep buying them without looking. Wasted 385 badges of honor, and it’s annoying me when I have to remake the badges lost.
