How do I get ectos?

Hi,

I just got this game recently and managed to get my warrior to level 51.

I have a question about getting ectos:
1. What level do I need to be before I can salvage rares with my Mystic salvage kit to get them?
2. What min level do the rares have to be in order to have a chance to get the?

Hi,

I just got this game today and levelled my character to 13.

On my friend’s World Map, they see a progress indicator on the top left corner telling him how many vista’s, POI’s, WP’s and heart’s completed and outstanding. Hovering over the name of the map (eg: Divinity’s Reach) also gives a summary.

I don’t have this
Any ideas why?
