To add to demonstrative’s point: How does one get their question answered then? I politely tweeted the GW2 twitter account, as well as asked in the twitch chat politely as well and no dice (even in contrast to 15 or so people in chat screaming “PVPVPPVPVPVPVPVPVPPVP”)
Additionally, how is good moderation supposed to happen in a twitch channel (eg. not spam, and not non-sequitor badgering) when there are 2 (there were 3 but I assume that the 3rd was the stream account, and nobody was manning it) moderators per 3,500 people?
On one side I see your frustration. On the other, I see you being frustrated regardless. The alternative is they took the time to write the blog post, which basically said the GW2 motto of “Hey, we’re working on things and they’ll be ready when they’re ready” but hey – they took the time to write it out.
It honestly sucks that sPvP is being shown, from what I see, a fairly low level of love as of late, but I highly doubt they’ve forgotten about us. The alternative is they release something un-useable and archaic and we end up even more mad about that.
It would ease a lot of people that are in for the long haul of this game to get an answer. It’s obvious you guys are fixing PvE and many appreciate it. We just want the same transparency with PvP oriented stuff as well.
