Dear Devs , well today i tried to transmute my favorite theif hood (stated above ) but its seems you hav all changed transmuting so that it auto soulbinds Devs PLEASEEEEE make that same hood available in game as a drop its honestly the only hood i like and its killing me that i cant have it, and i see other theifs with it , if you could make it a low lv drop that would be great =P
(my lv 80 theif)

btw im pretty sure a zodiac reference doesnt interfere with the terms of service referencing about “religeous icons” etc…

Im having trouble with other members accessing guild stash they have the permission but it says i havent built it , on my screen i have the stash built and its almost completely filled with items ( no im not mistaking it for my bank ) , so i then tried making them second in command even leader along side me and still it says the same thing please help
