Guild Wars 2

I’am a level 21 ranger, when i at lvl 20, i was looking for a Gear to spend Karma currency on, but i was told by a user that it would be a waste of Karma and that it would be best if i spent it when i was at lvl 80. So since i have Silver and Gold, what Gear would be best at Lvl 21 ?or 22, 23..to keep be rolling when i hit Lvl 30 ??

or should i just go on the trading post and buy ? or is there a specific place ?

Yes this is the same question i post in tech support, same issue, whats up ? whats going on ?

While playing GW2 a message said “1 minute remaining, going to restart”, so i thought it might have been the new build which is coming to place. then my game client automatically restarted, so i tryied to access GW2 but i could’nt. It keeps on saying

" WE ARE SORRY

there was an error while retrieving the news feed, please try again in a few minutes, don’t worry though, you can till play the game ! "

and right below it it says

“retry now”

and my downloading is at 99% with one file remaining
