This issue just now happened to me. I’ve tried doing a ‘clean’ install, but when I attempt to re-download the game, it does not even pop-up (the initial issue).
I’ve sent in a ticket, but feel hopeless :[
Not sure what to even do..

The same thing happened to me about 2 days ago (I’m also on mac). I tried to re-download the client but it got to about 92-94% and stopped appearing.
Have you had any luck finding a solution as of yet?
