I sent in a support ticket about this because it happened to my group yesterday. All I got in reply is something about the game being non refundable at this time. Really? I wanted to know if I was going to get compensated for all my time wasted, not if I could get a refund or not…

I just ran the path with a couple people about 15 minutes ago. Don’t remember the path exactly but it was the one with the spiders at the end. Same thing happened: go the message Arbor is safe but no tokens and no port out button.

I’ve seen a few on the TP and some people have been running around with them but no one has told me where to acquire them. Keeping all the secrets isn’t fun

Is it only craftable? mystic forge?
