Hey guys, I’m soon to move to Germany in couple of days and when gw2 first came out it had region lock. I currently live in Jordan (Middle East) so my copy is an NA copy, since I’m moving to Germany, I was wondering is the region lock thing still going on? Will I not be able to play since I will have an NA copy in the EU? Thanks for your time

Now I don’t know if this is an actual rendering problem, I’m not sure but any game I play is not what it used to be. Used to be fine a week ago, but now suddenly all games have this weird polygon shaped thing popping in the middle of the screen, some games are worse than others.

Any ideas? I thought at first it was a heating issue, I cleaned the dust off my laptop it is not heating now, but that didn’t fix it.

Always played the mage archtype in other MMO’s thought to myself, my only option was the elementalist! It’s a nice change though, fighting in close combat as I’m playing a D/D. Thought we should be able to fight from afar, if only they improved some staff skills imo.

It isn’t a normal patch though :P I download this everytime I run gw2, so if i play for 1 min then close gw2 and want to re-open it, this download comes out.

Hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong section, it is actually my first post on this forums. Anyway I’ve been having problems with my gw2 since I got it, I download a 10 Mb patch everytime I run the launcher, it was just annoying at first since it only takes a minute to download this “patch” but after wintersday patch it has grown to approximately 30Mb, with my netspeed i have to wait 3~4 minutes just to even start the loading screen and has become a nuisance. Any idea what is causing this and how can I fix it? I first got GW2 from my friend (copied his GW2 to an external HD and pasted it into my computer) if this has anything to do with this issue. Thanks in advance, hope you can solve my problem!
