Guild Wars 2

So I’m level 80 and I just read through this guide and I noticed that half the list is “Grind” with some other parts being a grind on the previous grind. I thought this isn’t a grind heavy game…

I’m on Aurora Glade Battlegrounds and we almost 5 manned bay because there were only about 10 players in WvW. Ghost town…

This is exactly what I wanted. I wanted a game were I could AFK for about 3hrs to do an event and kill a dragon and in the mean time I could do Uni. assignments and get a few Blues and greens worth some copper each every 3hrs.
This is what I wanted from GW2 for sure.

In all honesty, I’m underwhelmed. I genuinely believed GW2 was “the” MMO for me. After getting one max character I feel the title “been there, done that” couldn’t be more fitting for this game. I’m left with nothing much to do, going for a legendary is out of the question since I do not have the time or the will to farm. WvWvW is/was out of the question since I have limited time and the queues were crazy (not sure if the queues have changed now though).
Playing an alt solo is brutal since I leveled my main with a friend.
So in the end GW2 has nothing left for me.

I go to Orr to get mats for leveling up weaponsmith and armorsmith and frankly I hate Orr. If Frostgorge had the same abundance of materials as Orr, then I would never set foot in Orr ever again.
The risen mob that pulls you back (I’m Scorpion get the * over here) when I’m mining annoys me to no end.
The very idea of needing to complete Orr for world completion kinda puts me off. I find it much worse than WvWvW since I completed all the maps there fairly easily.
