Sorry to be awkward. I correctly read the post that requests a question be submitted on the support page. However I don’t see any “subject line” box available.
Will it be acceptable to put the subject line at the top of the additional information box? Being such an old post it’s possible the procedure has changed, and I would very much like to be a part of finding a solution to this problem, as I am having this problem myself.
